Returns / exchanges / credits will not be processed without a previously issued Return Authorization #.
FULL PRICE ITEMS: Returns will be accepted on FULL PRICE merchandise (some exceptions apply - see online listings for details) for a refund*, credit note or exchange if your item is received at Mandala Design in original selling condition with labels and tags attached within 30 days of the shipping date.
SALE ITEMS: EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY is available for SALE items (some exceptions apply - see online listings for details) if your item is received at Mandala Design in original selling condition with labels and tags attached within 30 days of the shipping date.
CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE
'Final Sale' is noted in the product title and/or product description.
Return / exchange shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
