If you'd like to pick-up your order at our shop (1024 St. Clair Ave. West) choose "Curbside Pick-Up" as your delivery option at checkout.
We make all efforts to process and package your order for pick-up within 48 hours of purchase. You will receive an emailed Pick-Up notification when your order is ready to go!
We are in-store Wednesday - Friday from 11 - 6 and Saturday & Sunday from 12 - 5 for curbside pick-up. We can also schedule an alternate pick-up time if you're unable to come by during regular hours. Simply reply to your pick-up email so that we can arrange a mutually convenient time.
When you arrive to pick-up (please wear a mask!), please have your order number handy and ring the doorbell. Stand back from the door and we will bring your order out!

We make all efforts to process and ship your order within 48 hours of purchase. Most Canadian orders ship via Canada Post "Expedited" service. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled. You can then follow the progress of your parcel and see expected delivery information as updated on the Canada Post website.International orders will be shipped via the least expensive option available and the customer is responsible for any additional duties or taxes incurred upon border crossing. If you are an international customer, please contact us and we can discuss shipping options!
There are some restrictions on international shipping of certain products. You will be notified if this affects your order.

Mandala Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once in the care of Canada Post.
