Shipping

Free shipping within Canada on orders over $150!

Most Canadian orders ship via Canada Post "Expedited" service. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled. You can then follow the progress of your parcel and see expected delivery information as updated on the Canada Post website.

International orders will be shipped via the least expensive option available and the customer is responsible for any additional duties or taxes incurred upon border crossing. If you are an international customer, please contact us and we can discuss shipping options!

There are some restrictions on international shipping of certain products.  You will be notified if this affects your order.

Mandala Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once in the care of Canada Post.

Returns

We hope that you love your purchase however, if it's not quite right, contact us at info@mandaladesign.ca or (416) 832-2866 to arrange a return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization #

Returns / exchanges / credits will not be processed without a previously issued Return Authorization #.

FULL PRICE ITEMS: Returns will be accepted on FULL PRICE merchandise (some exceptions apply - see online listings for details) for a refund*, credit note or exchange if your item is received at Mandala Design in original selling condition with labels and tags attached within 30 days of the shipping date.

SALE ITEMS: EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY is available for SALE items (some exceptions apply - see online listings for details) if your item is received at Mandala Design in original selling condition with labels and tags attached within 30 days of the shipping date.

CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE

'Final Sale' is noted in the title or product description.

Return / exchange shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

**Refunds do not include shipping or handling charges. Refunds will be applied to original payment method.
